Come enjoy a relaxing evening with Hugh's Culinary
Start off at our beautiful bar with a
cocktail while we prepare traditional foods from Spain. With influences ranging from the
Moors - who ruled Spain for nearly 800 years - to the New World, Spanish cuisine is both
varied and distinctive. The staples of olive oil, garlic and saffron feature heavily in many
dishes and are used in all sorts of ways to create a spectrum of unique flavors. But while
the food is key, atmosphere is just as important a part of a meal. Hugh's Culinary offers a
genuinely unique dining experience. Enjoy, as the room fills with the delicious scents of
Hugh's kitchen as he demonstrates these authentic recipes.
Would you like to participate? Be Hugh's guest chef and help to prepare the evenings
meal in our state of the art performance kitchen. Or, if you choose, just sit back and relax
while we do the work. This evening proves to be a great deal of fun. Come see for
yourself why Hugh's Culinary is the new talk of the town.
Grab your friends and go in search of a slice of Spain here in sunny Fort Lauderdale.
